Ingredients:

Peak Vodka
Slice of crisp green apple
Dash of soda or light tonic
Optional: sprig of mint or thyme

• Half-fill a Moor And Dale tumbler or rocks glass with ice.

• Add a generous measure of Peak Vodka, letting its clean, mineral-rich profile chill and settle.

• Top with a dash of soda water or light tonic to enhance the purity without masking the flavour.

• Add a thin slice of green apple, floating it on top for crisp aroma and bite.

• Garnish optionally with a sprig of fresh mint or thyme to lift the finish.
