Ingredients:

Eliza Pomegranate Pink Gin
A few pomegranate seeds
A twist of lime peel
High Quality Tonic or light rose lemonade

• Half-fill a Moor And Dale tumbler or large balloon glass with ice.

• Pour in a generous measure of Eliza Pink Gin, allowing its soft fruit and juniper notes to open over the ice.

• Top up gently with chilled tonic water or a splash of rose lemonade for a sweeter edge.

• Drop in a few pomegranate seeds for colour and a subtle pop of flavour.

• Finish with a twist of lime peel, expressed over the glass and added as garnish.
