Ingredients:

Rogue’s Bridge Spiced Rum
Wedge of orange or blood orange
Cinnamon stick or star anise
Ginger beer (or cola, if preferred)

• Half-fill a Moor And Dale tumbler with chunky ice.

• Pour in a generous measure of Rogue’s Bridge Spiced Rum, allowing its warm spice and oak tones to open.

• Top up slowly with a fiery ginger beer or classic cola, depending on your mood.

• Squeeze in a wedge of orange, then drop it in for a touch of brightness.

• Finish with a cinnamon stick or star anise to draw out the rum’s natural spice and depth.
